mysql & db-ace

Need help and apologize if this is the wrong location:

SITUATION:
-I utilize MySQL on a quickly growing site ( 29 tables with 5,000 + members )
-I have imported the remoteDB to my localDB on my XP system
-I utilize 'db-ace' to import the localDB to my pocket pc

I have successfully done this and LOVE the results..my issue is that my remoteDB grows daily and I am unfamiliar with a way to update my localDB with the newest records without having to export/import the entire DB every time.

**I need to import the newest data to my localDB at least once week.

QUESTION:
Is there a way/tool for me to remotely connect my localDB to the remoteDB and import ONLY the NEWEST records every week without having to export the entire remoteDB every time?

I am Highly mobile and it's critical that I keep my localDB up to date. Exporting the entire remoteDB every time is too time consuming.

Any suggestions or tutorials would be GREATLY appreciated!
