I didn't understand your problem. The first screenshot shows a tool that makes you able to connect to your mysql server, providing your server host, port, database you have acceess to and of course user and password.
I have no idea about other screenshot, but it seems like a tool to upload stuff into you webspace. You don't need to use mysql server unless you need to.
