Help with MYSQL tweaking on new server

Hi,

Just moved the phpbb over to a new server and was hoping someone here might give some advice on the best tweak settings for MYSQL to get the best performance of our configuration.

Dual PIII Xeon 866MHz processors
1.8GB RAM
1 Raid Array running RAID 1 with two SCSI3 drives that has the OS (Microsoft Server 2003, IIS6 basic POP3/SMTP server and PHP 4.x - latest running)
1 RAID Array running RAID 10 with 8 drives that has the MYSQL program and database as well as the PHPBB

Our upstream connection is limited to 512KB

What settings should the MYSQL have to get the best performance out of this hardware config.

Thanks in advance
