try database name before table name. ie

SQLStringP3 = "' INTO TABLE `tumbling_TUMBLINGDATABASE`.`Trainingsdagboek_Gymnasten_Tumbling` FIELDS TERMINATED BY '\t' LINES TERMINATED BY '\r' IGNORE 1 LINES"
