Thanks folks.

But one more thing i forgot to mention is i need to create the query for unknown range.

e.g the two substrings i get will be unknown since they are got from another query, hence its difficult to use 3[0-9] or 4[0-5] options.

Is there any way for that,
I dont mind if its small numbers to actual write it hardcoded but incase for huge differences ........ :)
