I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with PHP Admin. The message seems to indicate that the database does not support whatever PHP Admin is trying to do. Now, I assume PHP Admin uses a similar command as was used in the thread I referred you to, but I cant be sure of course. Assuming it does indeed use a similar command, I would really like to know what version of MySQL server this is. You can determine this by running this query:

SELECT version();

Another possibility is that the feature in itself is supported by the server, but it's not accessible to you due to a limited set of privliges. I recommend you post this to a forum especially about php admin. Be sure to provide the version of your MySQL server, as well as the version of Php Admin along with your instructions to reproduce the situation.
