Primary key for referee table.

Dear fellows.

I need any primary (candidate) key for this table of football referees

referees {rname, rnationality, rposition, rDateOfBirdth}

NOTE position is like main or side referee..

In the worst case it can happen we have two referees with same names, nationality, position and DoB. This is not so unlikely as the nationality or position decreases the entropy just slightly.

I do want to avoid using surrogate keys as I find them harmfull.[1][2]
