I could be wrong but that's probably what Internet Explorer says. Your HTTP log can be found in C:\Winnt\system32\Logfiles\W3SVC*\

I'm guessing that you used a "../" notation in an include and that's not allowed by default in the latest versions of IIS. You can easily change this in the IIS MMC It's an option named "Allow parent folder in path" or something like that.
