to load info from web page to MYsql

Hi all,

Please treat me as a simpleton,

I've created a simple MYSQL database with the table USERS, with the fields Firstname, Lastname, City, Password.

I need a HTML page that will allow you into input the info into text boxs and then submit them via a button, which will then load the info into the Database.

Please do not refer me to check out some script site as i have tried this and cannot make head nor tail of them! :(

I suppose Java or PHP is the way to go, but i don't understand any of it.

Look, i know this must seem very simple , but i'm absolutlely lost. Hopefuilly if i can just see how this works, it will help me to expand into something more complex!
