Why doesn't root get full privileges?
Hi!
I've been using MySQL for quite some time now, but never really noticed it.
Why doesn't root get full privileges over databases created?
Is this by design, or has something gone wrong in my installation?
I'm running MySQL Community Server 5.5.12 x64 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
