Comparing large slaves to master

I have a database setup consisting of a master and three slaves, with a mix of InnoDB and MyISAM tables. I recently discovered a data discrepancy between the slaves and the master after a user reported seeing their details jump around, depending which slave they were attached to.

Is there a way to check the integrity of the slave's data? The catch is that this is a very large database - just over 40Gb in total and the one largest table is 30Gb. Tthe live servers are maxxed out during business hours, but quiet enough in the evening that I could run something on them as long as it wasn't locking tables for more than a few seconds. Backups are taken from one slave only (and so may be worthless at this point).

Thanks!

Ben
