How to read back up file

Hi,

I got this error. Any ideas plz? Thnx in advance.

shell> mysql -e "source /var/lib/mysql/test.sql" backuptest
ERROR 1044 (42000): Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'backuptest'
