cannot access MySQL database
After five years with no trouble at all, I am getting a "cannot access MySQL database" error message. I checked the router, and it says the Port Forwarding is working. But I did a test, and access is not working. I checked for firewalls, which are still either off or at low levels. ISP and webhost say they are doing nothing to cause this. I am stumped.
