PARTITION p0 VALUES IN ( 0 ),
I have partitions 0-12 but only months 1-12, does this mean partition 0 will always be empty?
or is partition 1 actually from part0 to part1.
I mean if I call "month(time)" where time is my DATETIME primary key in January I get 1 so I will always have empty part0 or?
