Well, I read this too. It is in fact another rendering of my second URL in my post. The question though remains the same: is it suitable to track the group membership of multiple groups, each having multiple members?

And another question is what pros and cons does it have compared with your collegue Arthur Fuller method in http://www.simple-talk.com/sql/database-administration/database-design-a-point-in-time-architecture/?
