Sorry, but this thread turns my stomach. Let me give you some friendly advice. (Apologies if my tone is blunt.)
Firstname and Secondname should be columns, not rows.
Key-value stores are grossly clumsy to maintain and manipulate. And they do not scale well.
Spend your effort on redesigning the schema.
