Did you follow down the suggestions at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/innodb-troubleshooting-datadict.html ?

Is http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=68267 helpful?

Or http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18575755/xampp-mysql-could-not-open-single-table-tablespace-file-mysql-innodb-index-st ?

Or http://www.palominodb.com/blog/2011/11/02/how-recreate-innodb-table-after-tablespace-has-been-removed ?
