Eh? You asked what documentation to collect for a bug report. That documentation page describes what the engine's supposed to do with problems like yours.

I'm aware of no reason Any_Value() wouldn't work as well on MariaDB as on MySQL 5.7. Oracle DB, that's another question altogether and I don't know the anwer to it.
