adding database to master/slave environment

Hi all

I am an Oracle DBA entering the mysql world

I have to add a new database to an existing master/slave environment that already has several databases. - And also create a new account that will have privileges to the this new database.

If I created the database and account in the master server will this also be automatically replicated to the slave environment?

Is anyone aware of document somewhere that explains how to do this?
