Filter to show just one column

Hello,
I am relative new with Mysql.
I try to made one query but not see how.
I have table with 25 columns. Have three filter criteria. First for first column (so row filter), second for second column (so row filter). Third criteria have to filter and in the end show just column with name of that column.

Or let say more simple for this third criteria. Let have for example soccer table with club name, games, win, draw, lost, goal made, goal receive, point. And let say I want to receive/show just list of draw value. Only this column, nothing more, so no visible club name, etc
