--ssl-mode=REQUIRED

Nice to meet you,

With MySQL 5.7 and later, if you allow ssl connection, you can access even if you do not have the original ca.pem, such as - ssl - mode = REQUIRED,
I want to prevent --ssl-mode = REQUIRED or login with encryption method and to have access without ca.pem.

If you know, could you teach me?
