Display internal date as yymmdd etc?

I have a file (or is it called a Table?) which I can display using "SELECT * FROM inline_notifications" - but one column called "notify_sent" displays date/times in internal format (e.g. "1491981805"). I want to get this to instead display in "human readable" form - ideally something like YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS.

I've tried playing with DATETIME, CONVERT, GETDATE, VARCHAR, and I dunno what all - but nothing seems to get anywhere near the result. Surely there's a very simple answer for this rank beginner . . er, isn't there? :-(
