Yes, this is exactly what I am doing - table a and b used to created a table c...which is static then.
I will check both your suggestions. I forgot to mention - I need to desplay table c in the frontend of my Joomla page (using PHP for that).... would that also work with a VIEW-Statement (so basically if no real table c exists)?
