Linking tables to use the same users on multiple apps

I recently made a wordpress site (Self Hosted) and needed a quick and easy download page. When i stumbled upon FileRun. So now I have my website, and filerun is in there aswell. FileRun requires an account to log in and see files so is the a way to allow users to log in using their account on the website, rather than me having to create a 'defualt' account as such that people can log in with. At the moment im having to manually email people who create an account with the default username and password.
