Hi Peter

Thank you for your response.

This is the output of the query:

+-------+------------+-----------------+---------------+--------------------+-------------+----------------+---------------------+----------------------+----------------------+
| Month | Week Ready | Production Unit | Total Bunches | Total Weight (KGs) | Farm Budget | Revised Budget | Forcast Local Loads | Forcast Mutare Loads | Forcast Export Loads |
+-------+------------+-----------------+---------------+--------------------+-------------+----------------+---------------------+----------------------+----------------------+
| | | | | | | | | | |
| 11 | 48 | BV | 4 | 124 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 2 |
| 11 | 46 | CBC | 8 | 185 | 200000 | 100000 | 5 | | 2 |
| 11 | 47 | CBC | 38 | 1447 | 200000 | 100000 | 5 | | 2 |
| 11 | 46 | CBC | 27 | 907 | 200000 | 100000 | 5 | | 2 |
+-------+------------+-----------------+---------------+--------------------+-------------+----------------+---------------------+----------------------+----------------------+

It seems to be returning the values correctly, I have the date shown as month and then as week, but as you'll see from that it hasn't grouped them by week.

I would like it to have month 11, week 46, CBC. Then if there is another entry for BV on week 46 that should be another row. I do want the Farm Budget, Revised Budget and Forcasts to be duplicated on every row.
