Can't find plugin: caching_sha2_password in 8.0 RC

Hi,
I'm trying to get MySQL working, but I don't know anything about the plugin architecture. I read all sorts of great things about the new caching_sha2_password plugin in MySQL 8.0 RC. However, when I went to connect to MySQL with my favorite SQL client I got an error message about a missing file:
caching_sha2_password.dll
Anyone know how I can get a copy of that file?
