I meant the new one: caching_sha2_password.dll which I can't find anywhere.

Previously, libmysql.dll was enough to connect by itself.
Why not include it in libmysql.dll so everyone has easy access?
More to the point, it's recommended and I can't find it anywhere
(except perhaps building from source).
