Displaying MYSQL Data

I'm currently collecting data from sensors and storing it in a mysql database. Right now I'm just collecting data from a temperature sensor for testing. My question is how can I display this data? Can i get the data into a chart or on a website? What is the best way to display the data I'm collecting? Thank you in advance for the help
