There are non-programmers' tools for developing and maintaining mainly text websites, eg blogs, discussion boards &c. Quantitative data presentation, though, tends to be more complex. There are tools that claim to transform spreadsheets into websites, so you might wish to pursue that line of inquiry.

Failing that, it comes down to deciding what data to show, in what format, and how it should look, mocking up a set of pages with the desired look and content. Then you have a choice. Hire web developer to develop the web site for you and find a site hosting service for you, or learn the skills yourself---it'll involve learning a web programming language, eg Python, PHP, that has a MySQL API. If you don't have some programming background & experience, it's a big leap.
