Creating a catalogue from an existen MySQL Database

Good afternoon all!

I have been messing around with MySQL for a year or so since I set a unicenta POS in my business (that'd be a fork of Open Bravo). I've built a database of 800+ products, and I was thinking of creating an online catalogue from this DB. What is it that I need in order to do this? I don't need it to be an e-commerce platform, I just want to be able to show a visual catalogue to my clients so they can have an idea of what I have in the store.

There's a thing tough, I would like it to replicate the prices (if I change them manually in my Unicenta DB) and stock levels, even if people can't buy online, just so they know what is actually available on the store, and how much it costs.

Any guidance will be well apreciated.
