The service command line is;

"C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin\mysqld.exe" --defaults-file="C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\my.ini" MySQL57

I also scanned the registry for \';protocol and \'; - No instances were found.

I also scanned all text based files on my C:\ drive (Eg .ini, .bat, .cmd, .txt), for the string \';protocol and just \'; and no instances of these were found.

Is it of any significance that this occurs during the initial configuration of the product, on all versions I tried (5.7.18 through 5.7.23)
