Re: MySQL 8.0.13 MySQL80 service always starts despite being marked Manual in Services startup

The service is ALWAYS set to Manual, yet some mysterious process is starting it within about 5 minutes of booting and logging in.

When I look at the Services, the startup type is still Manual, but the status is Running.

Weird.
