Re: Left Outer Join with Multiple Tables

Thanks Peter for addressing this. I've spend two days trying to make this query work (not the greatest SQL person).

Both queries returned the same result but I did not get all of the users in the user_data table. That's why I thought I had to do a LEFT JOIN on user_data. Still, I only get the users who have MBOs, not all of them (without MBOs).

I have users, some of whom have MBOs (objectives) which are tied to a specific job (job_history) for which the title of the job is in job_position.

What am I doing wrong?
