Lost connection password
I am new, I forgot my password for my database connection, I tried a couple of ways I found on youtube but every time I "net stop mysql80" (pretty sure thats the version im running) , the second I net start mysql80 I get:

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\bin>net start mysql80
The MySQL80 service is starting.
The MySQL80 service could not be started.
--------------------------------------------------
yeah I have no idea whats going on at this point.
