It started as a way to manage an individual's music collecton with an Openoffice Base front-end. Users (family and friends) kept asking for more fields. I wasn't paying much attention to the developing inconsistencies until I saw in a query that there was duplicate data (i.e., the person information). My effort to get rid of that redundancy led to my question for this thread. Based on your observations, it's time to redesign.

Than you for your analysys and suggestions. I'll go about the redesign properly.
