It's an EAV table? You need to pivot on the attribute column. There's a collection of EAV sources under "EAV designs and queries" at https://www.artfulsoftware.com/infotree/mysqltips.php, and a collection of articles on pivot tables under "Pivot tables (corsstabs)" at https://www.artfulsoftware.com/queries.php.

But consider redesigning the table to standard relational model.
