This is my modified query. Unfortunately the results are not correct. At minimum i need the device name and ip address. The rest are a bonus :)
select d.device_name, l.latest, l.ip, d.device_mac, version from ( select device_mac, device_name from devices where device_name like '%curtain%' ) d join ( select ip, device_mac, max(entry_time) as latest, version from device_logins group by device_mac ) l using(device_mac) order by latest
