Step 1: Log into your Linux server.
Step 2: Stop the MySQL Daemon.
Step 3: Start the MySQL daemon without a password.
Step 4: Connect to MySQL server with no password.
Step 5: Stop the MySQL daemon (again)
Step 6: Restart and test.
