5.5 is obsolete, long out of support, can't help you with it. You'll need to take a full backup with mysqldump, read about about upgrade paths to 5.7 at https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/upgrading.html, to 8.0 at https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/upgrading.html, plan your upgrade path.
