I'm also trying to see if the table collation or the Row type is the problem but I don't see any on that set.. I could not change the row of Purchase Order to UTF8 for some reason though but it's irregardless in the sense that I sucessfully changed everything to UTF8, InnoDB with respect to the Item_ID and item, etc..

For example, I want to be able to in order to prevent mistaken entries simply enter that 12 Boxes were purchased with this order number , not like a receipt that I get at the grocery where they ring in box 1.15 , box 1.15 because that is error prone... ie. it could be a duplicate, would be my guess at the most common mistake.
