Hello,

when I run

SET NAMES "utf8mb4_general_ci";

from W10 with mysql-8.0.23-winx64 (version ZIP)

the response is:

Unknown character set: 'utf8mb4_general_ci'

wat I need install?, how?
how I can fixed?
