Ignore & Replace options, non-restrictive sql modes allow continuation past certain errors but not all, https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/load-data.html#load-data-error-handling.

Beyond that, encapsulate your Load Data cmds in stored procedures with control loops that implement Signal and Resignal error handling.
