Restore from the most recent backup.

If you've not been backing up data regularly then if you've been running the binary log, you can recover up to a given point in time from that log, see https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/point-in-time-recovery.html#:~:text=Point%2Din%2Dtime%20recovery%20refers,time%20the%20backup%20was%20made.

Otherwise the data is lost. To prevent this happening again, institute regular backups at intervals that protect more data than you can afford to lose.
