Homework? Mightn't getting someone else to do it for you defeat its purpose, mightn't you learn a thing or two thinking about it over a weekend?

You do need a starting method. If your instructor hasn't suggested such, here's one ... map elements from the query requirement to the tables containing columns corresponding to those elements, translate that into sql that joins those tables ....

select ...
from users
join purchase_orders on ...
join order_items on ...
where ...

... then fill in the elided column names & where conditions if any.

If you get stuck, please post what you have so far, and describe what's you're stuck on.
