SSH CONNECTION PROBLEM NEED SOME HELP PLEASE

Good day everyone, I am having problem for my SSH Tunnel connection

It pops up notification box as below:

Cannot Connect to Database Server

Your connection attempt failed for user 'abc' to the
MySQL server at xxxxx 3306:

Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial
communication packet', system error: 0

Please:

1 Check that MySQL is running on address xxxxx

2 Check that MySQL is reachable on port 3306 (note: 3306 is the
default, but this can be changed)

3 Check the user abc has rights to connect to
xxxxxx from your address (MySQL rights define what
clients can connect to the server and from which machines)

4 Make sure you are both providing a password if needed and
using the correct password for xxxxxx connecting
from the host address you're connecting from

I am using my home laptop with my home wifi to connect to my office server. I am very sure from number 1 to 4 everything is correct from my side, but still couldn't establish a SSH connection.
