Presumably, this "3rd party" database sits under a 3rd party Application.
If the client is moving such a database, then the
supplier of that Application should be able to provide them with a "migration guide" that will tell them how to do so. Anything else that you do is tantamount to "Reverse Engineering" the Application, which is almost certainly
forbidden under the terms of your [client's] licencing of that Application.
