Lost records when upload from MS Access
I am a new user employing MS Access as a 'front end' on Windows and Linux. I employ XAMPP v3.3.0 - and odbc to import the database. My database has about 83,000 records.
Each time I import the database I loose approximately 5-10,000 records. I get no error messages and the database seem to operate correctly. I cannot see any pattern to the dropped records - nor is the number dropped consistent.
What could be causing this and is there a way to get information on records that are not imported - what 'errors' they may be causing?
