Thank you for that.

On investigation, my server has 'lost' some RAM. It was 4Gb and for some reason now has only 1Gb. In the short term I'll get that back to 4Gb but I'll take your advice and examine the memory usage and processes.

I'm currently using a VPS but I think I'll move to another hosting platform. I want to be able to write scripts and schedule cron jobs for data imports and I think that's why I needed VPS in the first place. Can you recommend any hosting companies for PHP, MySQL 8.0, Cpanel, monitoring tools etc? I think I'll move my development environment to a new platform and try it out there and if its ok, I'll move my clients there, one by one.
