VERY Newbie question...

Hello, my question is INCREDIBLY newbie. Apologies, and thanks in advance.

I help my wife with her website. It's a relatively simple Wordpress website, hosted on Bluehost. I've started to experience issues with it not loading, and my contact with tech support lead me into cpanel and phpMyAdmin to look at some database info.

When I'm in phpMyAdmin and viewing the Structure tab, I see a list of tables. Roughly the first half of the tables start with "staging" (and example listing to follow), followed by a group that starts with "Vl8" and another group that starts with "wpstg0".

Also, in the left-most column there's a filetree-like list that starts with the database name, and underneath that everything in the list starts with "Vl8".

Back to the list of tables that start with "staging" ... the first part of that list looks really unusual with lots of repeating items, like this:

It seems like there are a lot of things that just shouldn't be there. My two questions:
1) What are the ramifications of deleting anything that starts with staging_staging*?
2) What are the ramifications of just leaving those items there? Does it matter if I do?

I get that this may not be enough information to provide a complete answer, but I'm just looking for a starting point for now. Thank you!
