I was suggested som ethings to try by Gloria Hooks, but I ca't see here message anymore, so I'll try to replicate hat she wrote before.
1.Try checking your permissions in the Workbench app and reset them.
2.Delete your preferences and settings to the default settings.
3.Try running the app, with `Run as Administrator` privilege.
If these don't work, then reach out to the Support team for further assitance.
So, far none of these have solved my problem. but I rememeber that it could be the Windows update that might be causing the prblem. I will try to uninstall that Windows update and try agagin. if that doesn't solve it, then I'll contact the support team.
